Entertainment
Most nights at Captain's Table there is soft live background music performed by traditional kora player and/or balafon musicians. After dinner, the fire-eating and fry-pan-man dance performances are spectacular and the traditional Kurankurang dance not to be missed. The hotel has salsa and patchanga dance bands playing at Captain's Table and Baobab, as well as special dance troupes twice a week.

The dancing is fascinating! Jolas, Mandinkas, Woloffs, Serrehs, each with their own style - and at Bakotu the staff love to join in and dance!

Adhoc street performances are usually 10-11pm.

Janka's Sunday night performance at Boss Lady is very popular.

Guests are always encouraged to join in, have fun and a good laugh, as this is the essence of Gambian entertainment.
