With an enviable view over the Kotu Creek Basin, our one bedroom apartments are in a separate annex - perfect for those looking for a more private setting, more space and comfort.

All the hotel facilities are available.

 

The apartments are light and airy and have a large furnished private terrace overlooking Kotu Stream Basin, whilst the front faces Kotu Stream Road - great for street watching. The sitting room is open plan with a newly installed modern contemporary kitchenette and dining table. The apartments sleep up to 4.

The apartments are accessed directly from Kotu Stream Road or via the hotel nature walk.
