GARDENS

The botanical gardens, planted over 40 years ago, feature a variety of mature native hardwoods and boast the largest collection of palms in The Gambia. The native species maintain the floral environment and sustain the existing fauna in Gambia's first eco-tourism establishment. This very successful project is verified by the many guests with their amazing holiday shots taken within the hotel. Birds, patas monkeys, occassionally the red colobus, lizards and monitors, our genet cat, second generation tortoises, butterflies and more.
